Asus has just launched the Zenfone 6 model with the rear camera cluster capable of turning to the front. This design is similar to the Oppo N1 model launched in 2013. It allows to optimize the front display space.
The screen is 6.4 inches in size, using LCD panels. According to Asus, this screen is capable of displaying 100% DCI-P3 color band and 96% NTSC color strip. Android Authority page said, the screen of Zenfone 6 has beautiful color display, high brightness, can display clearly in outdoor conditions.
Its dual camera cluster includes 48 MP main lens and 13 MP super wide-angle lens. This camera system also takes care of the selfie camera when turning forward.
Similar to the Oppo N1, it also incorporates a number of shooting modes such as automatic panorama. Users just need to raise the device horizontally or vertically and the engine will automatically rotate to capture.
Through some quick experiences from Android Authority, the camera on the Zenfone 6 is capable of fast focusing even in low light conditions. In particular, HDR + mode combined with Super Night Mode on the device brings relative efficiency while shooting at night. Images produce less noise, accurate color reproduction.
Asus Zenfone 6 is equipped with Snapdragon 855 processor, optional RAM capacity of 6/8 GB, corresponding to 64/256 GB internal memory. Large capacity 5,000 mAh battery integrated device, supporting fast charging 18 W via USB-C port.
It has a starting price of US $ 499 for 6 GB RAM version, 64 GB internal memory. 8 GB RAM version, 256 GB internal memory will cost 599 USD. It will be sold in 2 colors including Midnight Black and Twilight Silver.
